MADE LOGOS

The graduating class of the York University / Sheridan College joint program in Design of 2015's graduation show is called "MADE". Each student is to create their own personal version of the logo to be used for the event and website. These are a few designs done with ink and coloured pencils.

WHO WATCHES THE WATCHMEN?

A digital painting of the character Rorschach from the graphic novel "Watchmen", written by Alan Moore and illustrated by Dave Gibbons. Watchmen was originally published as a 12 comic-book series between 1986-1987.

3D POINTILLISM PAINTING

This project is a light and colour study through painting. A Campbell's Soup can was photographed and then painted over in gesso (white) to create a blank surface. The light and colour values from the photograph were recreated by painting directly onto the soup can using the pointillism technique and acrylic paint.

TIME BASED EXERCISES

"Madness"

An exercise for Type in Motion course, co-created with fellow classmate Emily Munro. This is a short and sweet time-based project that plays upon audience expectations.

Stopmotion Countdown

A stopmotion animation for Time-Based Communication course, using hole-punched circles from coloured paper. Each number morphs into another, cycling through a rainbow of colours.
